As an online store, we understand that the ability to try on garments is not possible without making a purchase first. For that reason we do offer refunds if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. (Refunds are only eligible for full priced items and excludes any sale items.)Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your item(s) and returned back to us within 20 days. Your refund will be credited back to the same form of payment used to make the purchase (minus shipping costs).
Please take caution when trying on garments as we only accept returns on item(s) in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations, free of any makeup/stains, odours/perfume smells and with their original tags still attached.

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to get back to you regarding your return.
Please note: We do not offer free returns, and we strongly advise to use a tracking service when processing a return with us as we will not be able to process a return if the item(s) do not reach us.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
